Command Line Options

These are the GGv-specific command-line options. General command-line options for running GNOME and Gtk+ applications are not shown. If you do not know what a command line is, this section does not apply to you.

--geometry

Sets the geometry of the screen.

--nosidebar

Forces GGv not to display the sidebar.

--notoolbar

Forces GGv not to display the toolbar.

--nomenubar

Forces GGv not to display the menubar.

--nostatusbar

Forces GGv not to display the statusbar.

--fullscreen

Forces GGv to use the full screen for document display.

If a filename is given it will start GGv with that file as the current document.

If a dash ('-') is passed to ggv as one of the filenames, ggv will read PostScript input from standard input. This useful for piping output of commands to ggv.
